Everything a security or procurement review normally has to request, published in advance.
These documents have not yet been reviewed by counsel.
They are drafted from standard SaaS templates and describe our actual practice honestly, but they have not had a lawyer pass. Nothing here is legal advice. If you need a counsel-reviewed or negotiated agreement before signing, email codeblackwell@gmail.com and say so — we would rather do that pass with you than have you rely on a draft.
The pack
- Terms of Service — what you are buying, what we owe you, and how either side ends it.
- Privacy Policy — the formal policy. The short version for reviewers is the privacy one-pager.
- Acceptable Use Policy — the narrow set of things you may not point mAiSight at.
- Data Processing Addendum — the processor terms, offered without being asked.
- Subprocessors — every third party in the data path, dated.
